Brazil trade fairs 2026-2027 for commodity buyers

The short answer

Trade fair calendars run mostly on an annual cycle from January through October, so by late September most of a given year's editions have already taken place. This page leads with what is genuinely still ahead as of 24 September 2026, and gives the confirmed 2027 date where the organiser has published one.

Not yet announced, or genuinely unconfirmed

• Leather and footwear materials, Inspiramais: runs twice a year, January in Porto Alegre and July in São Paulo, both confirmed for 2026. A January 2027 date appears on the organiser's homepage, but the year label on that page conflicts with the confirmed 2026 dates, so treat the January 2027 date as unconfirmed until re-checked closer to the event.
• Semana Internacional do Café, 2027 edition: not announced as of 24 September 2026. The organiser's own site did not load during research for this page; the 2026 date above is sourced from an association listing rather than the organiser directly.
• Feicorte (beef cattle chain), BFSHOW (finished footwear), Bahia Farm Show, Expocitros, Hortitec: all held 2026 editions, but no 2027 date had been published by either organiser at the time this page was checked. Where an official organiser page could not be reached at all (several of these sites did not load during research), that is stated rather than treated as evidence one way or the other about whether a 2027 edition will happen.

Biennial and longer-cycle events

• SIAVS (Salão Internacional de Proteína Animal), meat and poultry: biennial. The 2026 edition took place 4-6 August 2026 in São Paulo. The next edition is expected in 2028; that date comes from secondary press coverage rather than a confirmed organiser page, since the organiser's own site did not load during research for this page.
• Congresso Brasileiro do Algodão (CBA), cotton: biennial. The 15th edition ran 22-24 September 2026 in Belo Horizonte; no 2028 date had been announced at the time this page was checked.
• Expoforest, forestry machinery: runs roughly every four years. No 2026 edition; the next is 24-27 August 2027 in Mogi Guaçu (SP).

Renamed or relocated: worth knowing if you search the old name

The stone fair long held in Espírito Santo as the Vitória Stone Fair moved to São Paulo starting in 2025 and now runs as Marmomac Brazil. A search for "Vitória Stone Fair 2026" or "2027" will not surface the current event under its old name; use Marmomac Brazil instead, listed above.

Fairs looked for but not found

No dedicated Brazilian trading fair for orange juice concentrate, and no Brazilian SIAL fair (SIAL Brasil), were found; the only citrus-sector event confirmed is Expocitros, which is grower- and technology-oriented rather than a juice-trading event. No leather fair under the name "BTS" was found.
